Have stopped by twice while traveling in and around the Berkshires over the past year. This shop is packed with great finds, including a wide selection of precuts that I usually cannot find in my local stores near Boston. Prices are comparable to what I see elsewhere. I received my choice of a free pattern with my purchase this time, which was a fun surprise! I could explore for hours!

We entered as tourists, were warmly welcomed, and marveled at the impeccable and artistic organization of the owner's shop. We enjoyed exploring the possibilities her shop offered--from fabric selection to quilts, table runners, wall-hanging for purchase, to classes offered, machines repaired, and new ones for sale. But the endearing quality of this shop is the shop's owner. She was busy with the local "Shop Hop"--a new idea for us, but easily gave everyone her full attention with grace. I found a perfect present for a friend, and purchased a few fabrics for Thanksgiving table runners while my sister enjoyed chatting "teaching" with the owner's husband. Thank you for an awesome memory.

The shop owner was absolutely both helpful and wonderful. I had gone in as a tourist just to browse and four or five hours later came away with a gem of a quilt and the makings for another design. She had the patience of a saint with my artistic daughter who carefully mixed and matched a vast variety of fabrics for the quilt s she will inherit. So not only do they sell a truly remarkable selection of hand-made quilts at very reasonable prices, but all the makings if you are so inclined. What a priceless find!
