Purchased a new Bernina special edition sewing machine today and Julie the owner was so helpful! She explained a few basics of the machine and offered me the opportunity to return tomorrow so she could go over maintenance and cleaning the machine. I also met her husband Jay and another sales associate, Connie. All 3 were very polite and gave great customer service!

My wife will tell you it was wonderful, she found items there not available in our home town. The owner was delightful and very helpful with my wife. For my part fabrics did not interest me but the building's octagonal design and product display were interesting.

I visited for the first time last week and was very pleased with the wonderful selection of fabrics. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be visiting again the next time I drop some of my products off at Helium Studio (another great Wayne shop!).
