As a traveling comedian, I have worked with Scott and Heritage Embrodidery for more than 8 years now, and could not be more please with their service when making my merchandise. I brought some Minnesota Wild jerseys in to have some captain patches added to them. I was told it would take about two weeks. I got called a day early which was awesome. I absolutely love the final product and would recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with patches. I will return whenever I need a similar service.

I've got both printed and custom embroidery from Heritage. I was very pleased with the product. The person who helped me order did an excellent job of describing the different options and even brought me samples. The customer service was excellent and they called me the day both orders arrived. I'll use them again.

I have unfortunately been a repeat customer of Heritage and have had an absolute horrible experience from a customer service standpoint every single time. This is the first time I have ever taken time to right a review and feel that this might save some one from the frustration we have experienced regularly. The actual product is good but do not expect it to come in on time EVER. Do not be misled by working with a manger because they will assure you a date but will not execute on that, you will likely make multiple phone calls or trips because they continue to provide dates they have no intention of keeping. I advise you not to use them and support a smaller venue with better customer service. We have had great success with Strauss Bike and Skate, well worth the short drive for less frustration.
