Pat's Monograms

HORRIBLE WORK, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Be ready for your order to comeback the way the “owner” wants it to. I paid for a sample piece to be heat pressed on both sides of the items for a total of $3, which was agreed upon with the “owner”. Can back to see my item once the sample was completed and agree to have a small order completed just as the sample (both sides)of my item) for $3. I return to pick up my order and only one side of my items had been heat pressed ( not what I paid for or agreed upon). The customer service person speaks to the “owner” and she tells her to tell me “if I want the other said of my items heat pressed, there‘s an additional fee and more time will be needed. My original work order cleared states both sides of my order was to be heat pressed with the name I provided and the cost was $3. Clearly they don’t care about customer service and the importance of providing someone with what they pay for, expect and agree upon. How can you take someone money, take theirspecific order and instructions and then try to up charge them once the order comes back because you “the owner” screws up the order. Where is the accountability? I am so glad I followed my first instinct and didn’t give you all of my order to complete. This place will scam you..

Received 2 great custom products for them recently, very high quality and pretty quick turn around time. Even offered shipping to my house in Olive Branch

Worst experience ever. First I ordered a cardigan for my senior and it was shipped without the school Monogram which was supposed to be included. I called and spoke to someone about they told me they had on there and they would put the Monogram on it and I just needed to bring back the blank one and they would call me when it's done. I gave the my direct number to call me No call. I call them for them to tell me we don't have that size and I would need to bring the one I have so that they could put the Monogram on it. (I ordered online so that I did not have to go to the location.) Take the cardigan to the location and was told it would take about 30 minutes I was cool with that, but when I returned to pick it up in about 45 minutes the cardigan wasn't done because the people that were there did not know how to change the thread sooooo now I have to wait tell the following day until someone came in that could finish it and was told that once it was finished they would ship it to me and I would receive it on Saturday. ( I was told this on Thursday) I didn't receive it until the next following Thursday before school started. Fast forward to the second day of school(Tuesday) the thread is unraveling on the Monogram, so I called on Tuesday to let them know and was told the they could fix. I informed the only day that I would be able to come was Saturday 8/9/25 because of my work schedule and the young lady said it was fine. I get there Saturday 8/9/25 and nobody works that can fix this issue and I was told that would be Monday 8/11/25 when they can fix but my child has to have to wear on Monday. So now I'm stuck trying to find how to get this fixed be for Monday. If I was told beforehand that nobody worked that could fix this issue on Saturday I would have made other arrangements.... Over all THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 0/10

The Best in North Mississippi! To serve the community as long as Pats Monogram have & to get it right EVERY TIME is unheard of in this day and time! I’ve always received impeccable customer service, quick turnarounds and very personable with their customers! So many rush orders I’ve had to place and they’ve gotten me together every time! My son graduated from Mississippi State & we needed last minute details added to his stole the team did it with no problem was patient with me in ensuring it was perfect and called me before they even opened for pickup! Awesome local store! We had business shirts monogramed and all of our shirts looked amazing. We had 4 total in our order and it took a week to finish. This is definitely the busy season too so that was fine! Great customer service too. Ladies that were in the store were fun and personable and helped us perfectly decided our business logo and colors we used. We will be back to have more shirts and sweatshirts done soon. Thanks again Pat's Monograms for the awesome merchandise and excellent quality on our order...attached a pic of one of the items in our order to show quality. :)
