Very helpful staff and great product. We ordered some personalized pens and got them for a very nice price. They work very well! I've seen some crummy promotional pens. The ones they sold us were not expensive and they work really well.

Working with Jerome at ML Schuman on Grand Ave was a painless experience...Jerome made my time count and each meeting was helpful and profitable. I received some top quality bags with high quality embroidery on them for a decent price and in a timely manner!!
