Fantastic Embroidery at the Boulevard Mall

First off, the staff is extremely friendly and had the logo ready to print very quickly. My issue is the pricing. I brought my own button up work shirts hoping to slap a name and small logo on at a fair price, but once the gentleman finished adding up his numbers I was shocked. It was close to $140 for 3 shirts. I was embarrassed that I couldn’t pay that and had to leave. They did try to discount it but it was still $100. Once again great and friendly staff just not in the price range for a single dad trying to make it.

I’ve gotten a few shirts done here and my stuff always comes out amazing!! They are also very fast! With my experience, the employees not only make sure my design is right, but they also make adjustments and suggestions to make sure what I’m paying for is worth it! Highly suggest coming here to get your embroidery and prints done!

Thanks for the wishes. But if your staff is representing you while you’re in the back, what exactly was I supposed to do — walk past them and come stomping into the back while you’re working? Absolutely not. Being upset about treatment is one thing, but I wasn’t going to disrespect you or your workspace trying to “find you” during the hour your staff kept me waiting and changing the time. I understand company policies, but the issue was more about the experience and communication than the payment itself. Prices are decent, nothing about the payment itself. If making an exception for me wasn’t your policy, that should’ve been communicated before I left. I would’ve happily come back another time — I was always willing to work with you guys. The problem is nobody explained anything until after the experience went bad and this review was written. It honestly seems like nobody expected me to actually say review this.

owner is very nice, stole turned out decent too, however, staff is where i will be leaving this review for . i wasn’t able to sit and stay for the entire design consultation on day 1, where they size everything. i told them anything size wise is good, as long as all the info gets on there idc how they size it. a few days later, i get a text from one of the staff who sent me only half of the design they curated and wouldn’t send me the other half till i paid. i got a text on how i needed to pay first before they could send the design because their que was getting long and i needed to “secure my spot right away”. i told them they can move me to friday if they’re worried about the que, but i need to see the design first before they charge me as we may change things. keep in mind, we discussed there may be some things that can’t be embroidered on the stole, per owner!! which was fine! i asked once more to staff member to send the other side so i can make sure everything looks good before they embroider it and i pay almost $100, because i didnt want any random extra charges later on. staff member proceeded to send a text on how i need to pay the entire amount first, they wouldn’t send the other half of the design for me to check, and proceeded not to reply till owner got back to me the next day. owner happily sent me both sides, she had no problem, and let me know the total in full. she was very sweet, however, back to the staff again. thursday at 6pm is when they asked me to pick up. i got here a few minutes early. they had me waiting 40 minutes past pickup time because they just clearly started embroidering my stole when i got there. at first, they couldn’t even figure out where it went. when they found it, it went from they need 20 more minutes, to 30, to 40., to an entire hour!!! got here at 5:45, leaving at 6:55. i even let them know they can put me for pickup on friday instead (after staff pulled out the “que” comment), if they needed more time, so the excuse of “we’re getting busy” unfortunately doesn’t work here as I was willing to pick up a day later too and they had my stole for a week, payment was paid by tuesday. i don’t know if it’s because they think im young, or they were annoyed i had asked to see the design before paying, or what it is, but im extremely disappointed by their staff service. i may look young, but my pockets still hold payment, and i wouldnt give it to them ever again if i had the chance. if their treatment is solely based off of what you look like, young grads & adults & frankly anyone else!! youre better going somewhere else! pls let me know why, if your que is so long, you didn’t ask to place me down for the next day when i offered. in addition, why say 6pm, no communication or updates or calls about being delayed, and wait until last minute to embroider but be insistent on collecting payment DAYSSSS before???? store has had maybe 1 person in here the entire time i’ve been here too, so the busy part is really not being sold… and if me being a younger client is not the reason for their lack of proper treatment, that would mean their staff is just unorganized and not communicating!! i’m so sorry to the owner, if i was reviewing the staff only after her, id rate this business much higher. not a single sorry from any of the staff for wasting an entire hour btw!! i hope your team is able to communicate better moving forward.

I was on a very tight timeline for an event and needed some promotional jackets turned around very fast. I brought the folks here 4 denim jackets and my artwork for embroidery and they were able to deliver by when I needed everything and the final product is great. They’re great people and deliver a great product. Will definitely be coming back with future projects for my business!
