Moink Custom

I purchased a few hats for my business and the quality is great. Unfortunately, the communication that this company has is very very poor. They do not answer the phone, and emails are not typically responded to unless it's a direct email from the site portal. I ordered my hats on 01/23, and received them on 02/18. The "7-10 day turnaround" was not the case, and they offered very little communication through the process. I ordered from them because of the "quick turnaround time." I am missing a hat and one was made wrong and have still not received the hats or received a refund for the messed up items. They were "sent out" on 02/23, but was given no tracking, and I've not received confirmation since then. I highly recommend searching elsewhere if you're looking to get your small business merch made. Pretty disappointed in this whole process.
