I ordered a leather jacket patch on January 27th with RPA Pilot wings. It came in yesterday March 20th with the wrong wings. I double checked the order and it has (RPA) in parentheses on the order. It took two months to deliver and I live in Las Vegas. I’ll just choose somewhere else that’s faster and has attention to detail from now on. Winter is over, I don’t even need to wear the jacket anymore. (Update) they quickly produced the correct patch and I have received it.

I was extremely disappointed by Reaper Patches. After multiple unanswered emails and reaching out to customer service across 4 months from my order being placed, I requested a cancel of my order and refund and got no response. If you want timely updates and good customer service, I recommend you go with another company.

I ordered some duty identifier patches for the Air Force, and these guys absolutely crushed it. The font is dead on—clean, professional, and exactly what it should be. Ordering on their website was super easy, shipping was fast (just a few days), and what showed up was exactly what I wanted. I’ve seen a lot of other identifier tabs out there, and honestly… I’m not a fan of most of the fonts. Reaper Patches has this dialed in. They’ve figured it out. Made my order and now ghosted. Paid for 20 patches plus 2 day shipping of a patch they said was in stock, it has now been 2 weeks with no reply to email or voice mail. I can't even cancel my order. Wth.
