Tembo has a new owner, these are the prices for preformed work stated in the invoice. Additional logo name was added below logo mark later in the project after message exchange. 10 coats, 2 visors Digitizing fee was $50 each for logo mark & logo name. Total price $613.70 These are the facts, make your own judgment based off this information. In my opinion, price is high

I custom engraved a graduation stole here and I am beyond happy with the results. The customer service was impeccable, Jen was so kind and helpful even coming in on the weekend to help me finalize my design, in such a short amount of time might I add. Absolutely perfect and I would 1000% recommend. Thank you so so much!

I had a small but very important embroidery request and of course it was last minute. Being able to talk directly to the owner, Linzee, was so refreshing because good customer service is hard to come by these days. She took full control of the job, even assisted with the final design, all with an interest of saving me in the cost which was very surprising. Most shops want to gouge you in the art setup. Words cannot even describe the beauty of the final product and how professional she was able to make my daughters high school club cardigan sweaters look. The experience was so awesome but now I have to try to even think of ways to get back in that shop and get more work done because she makes the final product look good, the cost is reasonable and the service is stellar. Lynzee does amazing work! I have had several projects completed and everybody loves them. The quality is by far the best I've seen. Our group members love them. I will continue to choose Tembo Embroidery for all our future projects like these.

Lynzee is the best! No doubt! Best quality & best price!! Amazing! I went to make squid game costumes for Halloween and she was like a magician! Now I am addicted to her place~ She is super professional and nice. I am a pretty picky person and she made me happy during whole process! Now I need more shirts to work with her!! I miss her lovely puppies too 🐶 😍Thank you Lynzee, we will have a great Halloween this year 🎃👻 ~~~~
