My experience was amazing. My wife requested special made hats for her elementary school and the results were perfect. To have the logos created and printed took only a few days, everything was above satisfactory, definitely highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Rude and nasty people that are too lazy to do any work. They also charge more than others in the area. So happy she turned me off with her attitude. I ended up getting much higher quality aprons at a lower price in the garden state mall. Don’t waste your time here.

My husband and I bought stockings from LL Bean and then walked over to this kiosk for personalization. We were blown away with the outcome! Absolutely perfect. The women were also wonderful, and gave their professional opinion when trying to figure out a thread color. We walked around the mall for 30 mins and picked up our stockings on the way out. Perfect for any holiday gifts! We will 100% be back for any of our embroidery needs!

I had a custom jacket made and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Alka made exactly what I wanted and its amazing quality. She also had it done in only a few days. I highly recommend going to her for anything you need embroidered or ironed on.
