I had my Brother Quattro Sewing Machine at another local repair shop and i was told my machine was not repairable and I was offered a trade in towards a new machine and I had a gut feeling to check for second opinions so I searched and Sew Pros came up and when I arrived I was greeted and asked what was going on with the machine and I explained what symptoms it had. I never mentioned It was at another shop to see if i had same results , he asked me if he could test it at the spot and I was watching the whole thing and to my surprise he quickly found the issue! a broken bobbin case! He replaced it on the spot and just like that it was repaired! Sew Pros has earned my trust and respect. I decided to leave it for a full service and when i visit to pickup my machine I will also buy a new machine!

We recently bought a business that had 5 Tajima Embroidery machines and each machine has 4 heads with 12 needles each! Sew Pros came out and got them Repaired and serviced in one day! I learned allot and importance of maintenance on these machines and since we are opening a second location we will be ordering new embroidery machines from them too!

I helped my mom take her machine here. The owner was very quick to help. He was able to fix her machine on the spot and carried the machine back out to the cover. My mom says his charges to tune up or fix the machines she owns are reasonable. There are some sewsocial meetings where you can learn and chat. I think the cost was very low. Some classes are offered for a reasonable price. I was very impressed with this place.

Always a great experience with Marty at Sew Pros! They fixed my broken bobbin winder and did some routine mantience on my 1990s Singer. Very reasonable prices and turn around time. A wonderfully asset to the Albuquerque sewing community!

Amazing prices and service. Always completes our orders quickly and without any complications, even when we throw them a curveball. I know we have found our guy for all our marketing materials.
