Bad customer service. I walked in and got ignored. I had to wait a while until the employee finally decided to attend us. The lady was short and rude to me. I understand that we have bad days but this persons attitude was uncalled for and caught me off guard. I had no idea why the lady was being rude. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable, I wanted to leave immediately. Unfortunately, this place was the only one that could get the job done and for a good price. I think that is why employees feel they can be rude. There aren't many options and, they know that sometimes we have no choice but to go there.

This is my go-to for embroidery. It usually takes about a week to get the shirts done. The 1st time I got 2 shirts done, I thought the price was very reasonable. This time, I also got 2 shirts done, and I thought it was a little pricey, but the quality of the embroidery is great. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

I placed a unique order for a newborns onesies. They were done with exceptional quality and ready in no time! I'll definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend their services to everyone.

I used to deal with Mark and he was Excellent to work with, now I deal with Trish and she is just as Excellent. Quality is the key and the customer service with any employee there is Awesome. I'm glad this company is around and is a HUGE asset for making my company look good.

Trish and her staff do beautiful work. Our department were all very happy with the items we purchased and had embroidered with our logo. Trish worked with us to get the sizing just right so the placement of it would look perfect on all sizes of shirts.
