I have used RR T-Shirts for two custom orders of screen-printed t-shirts and lanyards. Both times, I was just blown away!! The quality of the work has been awesome and has held up with repeated washing! The staff is PHENOMENAL - so kind, and supportive of customer's needs. I’ve been a loyal customer of Rio Rancho Tees since I moved to Rio Rancho about 6 years ago and have spent well over a thousand dollars here over the years on uniform alterations and embroidery. Most recently, I spent about $250 just before the holidays to add new patches to my uniforms, and they’ve always done good work. That’s why this last visit was pretty disappointing. I brought in three work polos and simply asked if the wrist cuffs could be folded over slightly and stitched, since the cuffs are very loose (a common issue with this brand of polo). It was a very small amount of simple black stitching, nothing complicated or custom. As always, Alexis at the front desk and their seamstress were very nice and checked with management, but I was told it would be $20 per shirt. After already paying for the shirts themselves and the embroidery, it was discouraging that such a small, simple adjustment couldn’t be helped out or at least offered at a more reasonable cost, especially for a repeat customer who’s supported the business for years. I understand that businesses have to charge for their work, but customer loyalty and goodwill matter too. Small businesses often rely on community support, and it would be nice to see that support reciprocated at least occasionally for long-time customers. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, which is why this was disappointing. I hope they consider how small gestures can go a long way in keeping loyal customers coming back.

I have ordered two Letterman jackets from Rio Rancho Tshirts, one under the old owners and the second under the new. What a night and day difference. The first one, the person who took my order was rude and made me feel like I wasting her time and made me feel stupid when asking questions. The second time was AMAZING!! Valerie took her time with my daughter, she listened to what she wanted to make the jacket personal to her. Offered input when needed and just all around pleasant! I'm so glad things have changed. Thank you!
