BK -Embroidery

To be clear, they did re-embroider this to fix it. The name “Malcolm” was misspelled despite my best efforts. Texted it. Wrote it on a post-it for them in the store. Asked them to verify. I paid a rush fee to get this in time. It was wrong. I was friendly about it. Mistakes happen. I then had to take off work to uber there to pick it up again. $25 each way. When I got there, I asked if they would remove the rush fee to make it right. No such luck. I paid full price and a rush fee. (And $50 to uber to return for their mistake. I certainly wouldn’t expect my transport paid for.) But when I make a mistake and my customer has to go out of their way because of it, I don’t still charge them a fee on top of the work. Thought about just leaving it there unpaid for at that point, but it was a $40 swaddle, I was already empty handed for the shower, and I don’t like to do business that way. Disappointed and won’t be back for a personal item nor my corporate business. The person at the front desk who tried to help me when I came back to pick it up was lovely and did her best.

Best service !!!!! First of all the embroidery on our jackets came out FIRE!!!!!! The work was flawless and the customer service was amazing….the owner was amazing he was kind polite and explained everything. I will be back for sure . Our business will be using him for all of products and events . I highly recommend using them for printing and embroidery work

BK Embroidery was fantastic. Their turnaround was super quick. I unfortunately wasn't able to pick up my embroidered item on time due to my work schedule, and of course right when I needed it for an upcoming work trip that week...a blizzard hit! And they actually delivered my item to be DURING THE BLIZZARD! I won't forget this, and highly recommend BK Embroidery!

BK Embroidery was amazing to work with! I had a jacket that needed to be embroidered with a specific thread, and they were able to source the thread + parse the embroidery files that I had properly. It was an extremely fuss-free experience, and they were happy to take the order even though it was for a very low volume (a single jacket). I would definitely return with future embroidery projects!

Zoe did an amazing job making my design come to life with these custom embroidered jeans. It was a complicated design, but she worked hard to make the final result amazing. She even did a test swatch to make sure the colors and tension were correct before starting. This makes me want to have more embroidery done in the future!
