Best quality and fast turnaround. We had a tough time finding the right embroidery partner for our merchandise, but finally we found the one. Matt communicated clearly throughout the process, paid close attention to detail, and made sure all of our requests were understood and executed perfectly. Loved working with them!

Today, I decided to take my Dad’s hat to get repaired in Williamsburg. The strap was missing from the back, so I took it to a place I was somewhat familiar with on Havemeyer. They told me they could repair it, but they needed the strap. They then directed me two doors down to Stitch Well. I walked in and met Matthew. I told him about the hat and how it belonged to my dad who’d just passed away. He gave me the strap and even offered to embroider my dad’s name on the back completely free of charge. I can’t even tell you how much that meant to me. This hat lived a life with my dad and now I get to wear it in remembrance of him. It was funny that my hat would say Matthew on the front, not knowing it would be Matthew who would take the time to offer such a thoughtful tribute to my dad. I highly recommend you support your local small businesses. Stitch Well’s kindness made a meaningful impact on me and this hat. I’ll be a returning costumer for sure. 10/10, absolutely incredible experience!! I swung by inquiring about a custom embroidered tote bag with 5 dogs as a gift — Matt led me through the process of selecting thread colors, fonts for the names, and shared pictures of the layout before moving through with the actual embroidery. The tote came out perfect, and you can tell that it was done with the utmost quality and effort. Would definitely recommend coming here for your custom embroidery projects!!!

Stitch Well is an awesome shop. Very professional, FAST, affordable, and of higher quality than what is available online. We searched and were using online embroidery sites for a while and had constant problems. These were fixed when we started working with Stitch Well. You get to work with awesome people, talk about what you need, and the coolest part is they can almost work on anything. If you are trying to customize swag, clothes, or just about anything, I'd check this place out. we are already planning to come back!

So happy with my order from Stitchwell! 10/10. I brought in my own blank sweatshirts to customize as a gift for my sister's bachelorette party. The girls were all blown away by the quality and look of the sweatshirts - a few have even asked if I had extras to give out to other friends/wedding guests. Matt helped pick the placement of the embroidery, find the perfect thread color, and adjust the artwork as needed to ensure the best outcome. He went above and beyond on the order and I definitely will be back for other projects. The quality and turn around time were on point. Thanks Matt!
