If only it had zero stars, this place would have gotten it. Nasty attitudes!!!!! I was informed that I could only try on the pants, but not the tops. When I inquired about the return policy, an older lady told me that I could return items within 14 days as long as they hadn’t been worn. I suggested it would be better to try the uniform in-store to see if it fits than return it because I will still be trying it at home anyway. I was then given a covering for my face, which was in a box, indicating that they allow some customers to try things on, but choose not to extend that option to everyone. This point was further validated when a Spanish customer walked in and was told she could try on everything. This felt to me like discrimination which was later validated again after an incident when asking for my money back and I mentioned how I felt about the different treatment I experienced, and I was told that they had the right to make those decisions. Mind you I had no foundation on my face and barely any lipstick. While one young man was helpful, the older male and the older female employee had very unpleasant attitudes, as if they were doing me a favour just by assisting me. This made me feel intimidated to shop or ask questions, especially considering I was spending my money. Additionally, I accidentally picked the wrong colour and wanted to exchange it within an hour of my purchase. They offered me a different pair since the original colour was unavailable, but it was less expensive. The employee told me I would need to receive store credit instead of a refund. I pointed out that my receipt didn’t mention store credit or their return policy, and since I wanted a refund, I insisted on that because of the poor customer service I received I would never return to this place. After the older guy read the store policy, he realised it did not state anything about not giving refunds or offering store credit, nor did their e-receipt. Then, a rude woman, whom I assume was the store owner, got on the phone without asking for details about the issue. She began yelling, insisting I should be given my money back, and get out of her store because at this point I was mad as hell. Then she made a derogatory comment saying, "You black people” which got me more mad!! I will never shop at this place again. If being black gives them the right to treat me poorly, I will take my business elsewhere. I now understand why they have a sign at the front that states, "If you disrespect me, then that’s your choice." A store would only need such a sign because of ongoing issues with its poor employees' attitudes and customer relations. Worse experience ever!!!!!

Had a great shopping experience here. Although the shop is small, it carries such a great variety of scrub sets, scrub warmers, scrub undershirts as well as school uniforms. This location also specializes in embroidery. It is cheaper to get embroidery done if item is purchased in house, the price doubles if item if brought in from another store. The two ladies that were working when I shopped were super pleasant. The small space was kept clean and well organized. They also have an online shop for those who prefer to shop online. For my girlies, wear leggings to make it easier to try on scrub pants and do not wear make up if you plan to try on the tops. My embroidered items were ready the same day. This was a major plus for me.

I ordered 2 pairs of scrub pants and one of them had a defect. I've been trying to reach the company for 2 weeks to get a replacement and they have not responded. I'm very disappointed! There's no way to talk to a person, no phone number, only email that no one responds to. At this point I'm stuck with defective pants or I have to pay shipping to return them and shipping for new ones. Not cool!

I did a good experience at this store. They helped me to choose the exact uniform that I wanted. I’ll definitely comeback everytime I wanna buy my uniforms.

I will never buy anything there again!! Store policy sucks. I rather purchase from a store with a better refund/exchange policy. I rather support scrubs and beyond before supporting them. Your policy should say exchange ONLY with in 14 days and not return within 14 days. Stop tricking customers and update your policy.
