Inresponsables smh i ordered 2 custom hats it’s been 2 weeks i called the store multiple times nobody’s answering i decided to go there and the store is closed i was trying to get answers from the mall and they said they don’t know when is gonna be open again LIDS customer sucks im still waiting for that email and nothing

I had a fantastic experience at the Lids store.

I had a awesome experience with Hector the store team leader at the lids @the smith haven mall ! I went to the store earlier in the afternoon about 2 hours after they opened , the mall was open but the LIDS gate was closed I was confused and left ..... Extra ...after being granted extra time from my present client . I called back to see when they were open next. So I can schedule my next visit accordingly The store manager hector took my call , explained the short staff situation and assured me they were indeed open Came to the store a few hours later ... Not only did he resolve my current situation He illustrated the essence of a customer service representative He was cool and calm even know he seemed understaffed and unprepared He took the gumption to tend to (at this point 5 to 8 customers) And made sure and or re assured everyone's needs were met I would hire a candidate like this 6 times over ,easy decision Thank you for the direct and concise customer support Keep thriving to be the best ,even if nobody notices ...I noticed !!!

I went there a few weeks ago as soon as I entered the store Zach helped me out and also introduced me to embroidering hats told me all about it and I left extremely happy. It was an Astonishing experience and I’ll definitely be back! Anyone who goes in ask for Zach, extremely knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about!!!!

Bought hats and ordered embroidery. Nice guy, terrible results. Store had nothing but problems. After 3 weeks, the job was rushed. I wind up with expensive hats far less quality than promised. Never going back.
