This is my go-to embroidery shop! They always answer the phone, and the customer service is top-tier. Michael was a true pro—super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can immediately tell why they’ve been in business so long. Excellent service and even better stitching! What really stood out to me was the no minimums and how FAST everything was. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and efficiency!

This place is awesome and Mike is so friendly! I work at Starbucks and wanted to get my name embroidered on my apron and they made it happen, quick turnaround and a super easy process! If you're also in need of something like that, this is the place to go! Thanks again!

On the Job Embroidery gets two thumbs up! I went about 2 weeks before Christmas to get some bath towels embroidered. I didn’t even expect them to be done before Christmas and they were! Mike was friendly and the towels look great! Thanks OtJE and Happy Holidays. 🎄

This place is a life saver. My friend and I were looking for a place to get some banners done for our kids first communion. The person that took care of was so helpful, as a matter of fact she was AWESOME!! SHARON, YOU ARE AMAZING!!! She was super helpful and found solutions for us right away. Thank you so much!
