This was my first time ordering from Dreamtrader and it exceeded my expectations in a few ways. I needed 25 hats in less than a week and they had them ready two days early. Every other place said they needed two weeks of lead time. There was clear communication the whole time. I texted my design and order and the owner gave me guidance on what would look best embroidered. He then sent a picture of the sample in less than 24 hours and it was perfect. The hats came out great. The embroidery was crystal clear and the hats themself were sturdy and well-made. Sadly can’t include a picture because they were for a bachelor party and have the groom’s name on them. However, almost every person that got a hat came up to me to say how nice the hats were. Lots of resounding “oh whoa, this is a really nice hat” from the guys. Will definitely be getting any custom stuff I need from here in the future

Terrible customer service and the quality of work is subpar!!! I was told to get out and take my stuff after trying to ask questions about the sample. Avoid at all cost, trust me their are many other places that will provide better quality and better customer service.

Very easy to set up your profile and production. Just make sure you plan in advance. Sometimes they can have large orders to cover.

They do good work. Just have to make sure you explain in full detail what exactly you want done. And make sure he shows u an example before completing
