Fabrics Save-A-Thon

I went in there to purchase the singer purple 3337 the Spanish lady helping me said it’s reburbished I said well online it’s 139.99 you selling it used for 159$ can I get the same price I’ll buy right now this lady said it’s not used it’s refurbished lmaoooo hire better people you lost out on a sale for 20$ on a used refurbished machine. No bueno I won’t be going back because as a business owner myself I wouldn’t lose out on 20$ refurbished machine that’s just lack of intelligence but go ahead girl. I first asked for the manager she acted like she was which I knew she wasn’t but you guys are going to be having those same machines in the window forever if people go to her for questions and no not the the Hispanic young lady the older one. I guess it’s better to buy from singer anyway. 🤭🤭🤭

I love this store! They have a decent selection, and incredible prices. They often get new fabrics, so it’s fun to check out what they have. They also have excellent notions and craft supplies. One of my favorite stores in the city!

Shoutout to Javier for the amazing help! I’m just learning how to sew and had lots of questions but the staff helped me so much. Lots of good fabric to choose from and plenty of thread to pick. Also have sewing classes available which I thought was helpful. Will definitely be back!

What a great surprise! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The prices were so cheap, so i looked over every piece as they were cutting them for me (they didn't even seem to mind!). I spent $100 and could hardly carry the bag. This much fabric would have run me at least $300-$350 in the garment district. I'll definitly be back.

I went there to purchase materials for my Halloween costume. They had everything I needed and everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It’s easy to get to and the store is near and easy to navigate so finding what you need is pretty easy. I would definitely go again!

I’ve lived over here for 29 years. Best authentic fabric store in manhattan and been to plenty. Authentic people, even if some say you have to wait for someone to help. I rather wait to get the service I want and need. Prices are never bad.

Most of the time the staff are polite. The first level has a nice variety of fabrics and sewing supplies. The second level has stuff for knitting, baking, ribbon, fake flowers and some general crafting things. But, the upper floor is only accessible by stairs, there is No Elevator. Before I ended up in a wheelchair (a temporary state thankfully) I never noticed this lack of access. I used to think there was one to the back somewhere but never asked before. I am surprised at myself because I always used to notice these things even when I was younger, and avoid stores that do not have access. I asked someone to go into the store to ask about it. I couldn't buy more supplies there to finish my art project because I would not be able to get to the upper floor. Even when I'm back on my feet again, I'm not coming back here. Three stars for variety, quality and prices. Two off for lack of access and I wouldn't use my credit card here... use cash. :(

Great prices. High quality. Fabrics and Silk flowers, sewing machina. Extra services like. Sewinh clases. Wide Material for hand creations with ribons, and other materials.

Small fabric section, but good variety. Be sure to check out the clearance fabrics outside and near the entrance. We didn't visit the craft section on the 2nd floor. Staff was kind and attentive. No elevator, meter parking is usually available

I love this place. It have everything for every occasion for the crafters out there of all kind!
