I make sure I stop by Patti's everytime I'm in lake George. They are always so friendly, helpful and chatty. I have a wonderful time speaking with them about my current project, future projects, fabric I don't actually need but I should probably get it now bc I don't know when I'll see it again, etc. They are so kind with my daughter who has been coming with me since she was a year old.

Horrible customer service. As a travel nurse I make an effort to go to the small town shops. I went to Patti's to have a look and get some advise. Since it is a Janome dealership I also was hoping to get clarification on the automatic threader on my machine. However, I was told that since I didn't purchase my machine there they would not help me! I was flabbergasted! Guess I won't be bringing my 3 Janome machines there for cleaning or repairs while I'm here nor will I be returning for any Janome supplies. I also wanted to advise on thread for my quilt and brought it in, however, the employee wasn't able to help me with that either. Thank goodness I found another fantastic quilt shop in Glens Falls.!

I've been bringing my machine & our daughter's machine to Patti's to be serviced each year. Though it's an hour drive each way, it's well worth the trip!! Brian keeps our machines in good working order. Mine is over 20 years old now. Patti has a beautiful selection of fabrics & flannels plus many supplies needed by quilters. This is a wonderful shop!!

Super helpful, both Patti and her husband. He recently looked over my machine, fixed problems and it is humming away now! Fabric selections and project ideas are perfect. Reasonable prices; worth a trip!

Very cute shop! Amazing customer service skills! Great quality fabrics! Very educational! Today was my 1st time in Patti's shop and I loved my experience there! Right from the start I felt right at home when her and her husband greeted me as I walked in. I could not believe the quality of the fabric vs larger chain stores. I explained that I was a beginner when it comes to sewing and Patti was just full of so much knowledge and pointed me in the right direction. I think I was there for over an hour and still could have stayed longer talking to her about sewing. Can't wait to visit their shop again in the near future. Definitely going to have her husband service both my machines soon. The only negative thing I can say is I'm disappointed Patti doesn't do personal lessons. I'd love to work with her, I'd learn so much! Who knows maybe in the future she will start a YouTube channel lol
