I was looking for an embroidery shop in Rochester, NY. I stumbled upon flawless embroidery, and was more than pleased with my results! Dave was professional, and the communication on the estimated delivery of the products was instant. My order was completed in 1/2 the time that others quoted and the price was significantly cheaper!!! They have earned a repeat customer for all my screen printing and embroidery needs!

Forget ever using a printing service/store again, if you need embroidered uniforms or to place your ideas on cloth. These guys will certainly take care of you. We had 50+ Hoodies embroidered, the turnaround time, communication and customer service was right on point, they even were well under what we were expecting to pay! Never would I use anyone else!
