Asheville Cotton Co.

Asheville Cotton Co had my Bernina sewing machine for four months and not only did they not service it they ruined it! I ended up taking to Augusta Sewing Center and they were able to fix it but for over $1000.00. When I brought it to Asheville Cotton it sewed and only needed a new blade for the bobbin cutter. There was no communication with me, no one answers the phone and emails were ignored. I finally just went and brought it back home.

Great staff. Excellent selection. Inventory overflowing available shelving so they had it in the aisles leaning against primary bolt storage. Store aisles too narrow for my walker. Parking was available near the entrance. No curb cut nearby(~100ft).

This was a win for both the variety of fabric and atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and willing to help you find whatever you need. The store is large and they've maximized space as much as possible to pack in a lot of fabric, patterns, and equipment. Great store that I was compelled to visit after seeing their top-tier marketing campaign on TikTok!

Was driving through Asheville and googled quilt shops. My new favorite store! They have over 15,000 bolts of fabric! 🤩 The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. They had so many unique patterns that I’ve never seen anywhere else! Make sure to take a budget with you when you go cause you’ll want to buy it all. We’re already planning a girl’s trip over there just for this store. Side benefit: Starbucks is in the parking lot for when you some sustenance from shopping for so long at the Asheville Cotton Co. See you there!

We visited here during the 2023 Carolina Shop Hop. It's a very nice store and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of different fabrics and sewing machines to choose from, as well as tools and kits.
