Ran into the store for a broken/stuck needle in my Brother SE700 machine, and Berry was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes. Ashley was very helpful, as well. Great experience, would highly recommend!

Five Stars – A First-Class Experience at Lee's Creative Sewing and Vacuums I had an exceptional experience at the Miele counter in Lee's. From the moment I walked in, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely passionate about the products. They took the time to understand what I needed and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for both impeccable service and high-end, reliable appliances, I can’t recommend the Miele products enough—this is the Bentley of vacuum cleaners.

I came to Lee’s to drop off a machine that I needed to be serviced. It was an older, second hand Husqvarna Viking and was giving me issues with the lower thread. I was quickly attended and given a 6 week lead time for when it would be completed. I got a text 2 weeks earlier than expected and picked up my machine right away. It was wonderfully serviced and purrs like a brand new machine. They even cleaned the exterior, I was pleasantly surprised. I will be taking more of my machines to be serviced here. They also had a huge selection of quilting and embroidery machines that just looked divine. Nice inventory of sewing supplies too. Would come back and buy from here as opposed to the bigger name brand stores for my everyday sewing needs. Thanks!

There are good people in the world, after all. We had given up hope that our ancient sewing machine would have to go to the dump but Berry Troxell from the Rhea Rd store, took a look, pulled out his screw driver, provided a small part and fixed old Betsy. Better still, he did not charge us. And this is not the first time he helped us with kindness. This guy and this place are awesome, I recommend him whole heartedly. Thank you Berry.

I have a combo embroidery/sewing machine that I am slowly figuring out how to use. I stopped in to get some thread and spoke with Berry. He was incredibly helpful, kind and patient with my questions. He explained quite a few things to me including the differences between threads. The thread I purchased is sooo much better than the junk I got at a local chain store. It doesn't jam or fray and my work looks much nicer! The woman who was at the register was sweet and friendly. We had a great conversation. :-) I was amazed at the amount of accessories and supplies they have for sale! I have found my new store for all things sewing/embroidering.
