Loving Stitches

Let me begin by saying Loving Stitches is the most amazing Quilt shop!!! The entire staff is AWESOME! Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel immediately welcome and included! I wish I could remember all of the front staff’s names to shout them out but I cannot (sorry ladies!). Just know each and every one of them is a super star! They’ll help you find whatever you need and do NOT rush you! Loving Stitches sells Bernina machines and they teach you how to use them! Classes are included with your machine and you can repeat them as many times as you need to! Embroidery too! Talk to Tonya! She will talk to you one on one about what you are trying to accomplish and help you find the perfect machine for your needs! My wife and I purchased the Bernina B770 QE plus Kaffe edition. It does sewing, quilting, and embroidery. Even if you don’t have a Bernina you can come be involved in the sewing/quilting/embroidery classes! EVERYONE is welcome! Young, old, men, women, etc! You are invited! The teachers for each class are also extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable! Shout out to Mrs. Rosa, Mrs. Sally, Mrs. Tonya, and Mrs. Betty for being absolute SAINTS!!! They are beyond patient and helpful!!! There truly are no stupid questions in their presence. Mess up on a project? Awesome! You just learned something new! Finished a project? Everyone will immediately gather around to congratulate you and admire your artwork! I look forward to every class, as I find that they bring a sense of calm into my otherwise high-stress life.I never feel judged or discriminated against while I am here. Just walking into the shop feels like walking into a home away from home, and that in itself is invaluable! Also, I cannot leave out Mr. Pete the Bernina sewing machine whisperer! He can fix anything! Just go tattle to him about your machine and tada magically it is fixed! The owner Mrs. Carol is the most down to earth person you’ll ever meet! I couldn’t believe that she was the owner when I first met her! (Unfortunately most businesses owners just are not approachable.) Mrs. Carol is super funny and super nice, you cannot help but be immediately drawn into her personality!!! I cannot say enough good things about this Quilt shop. I wish we had discovered it sooner!!! We have signed up for many different classes to continue our quilting/Embroidery journey and look forward to expanding our knowledge! One million gold stars to Loving Stitches and the staff that call it home!!! I highly recommend you stop by and say hello!

Loving Stitches is my favorite quilt shop. They have a large selection of fabrics, notions and many wonderful classes. The store staff is always ready to assist, professional and friendly. Sewing machine serving is excellent. This store is the best.

I visited Loving Stitches while in North Carolina to take care of my son. I only had a couple hours, but Carol was so kind and helpful. I bought a kit and when I got back to my son's house, I thought I didn't have all the pieces, as it was being cut when I bought it. I went back the next day and they recounted everything and even though I had made the mistake, they were still great about it. Carol prayed for my son and offered to help him if I needed her to once I went back home to IL. Donna and Amanda were great, they helped me pick out colors and were just so kind!!! I hope to get back there someday when I'm out visiting my son again. I'd love to take a class and spend more time with them!!!

One of the best quilt shops I’ve been to!! Looking forward to visiting again! The fabrics were outstanding and I love all the examples on display! The staff is very helpful and friendly!! I saw so many fabrics I wanted to buy, but my suitcase space was limited. I will just need to visit more often 😂

As a quilter finding a business with a wide selection of fabric, supplies, long arm services, classes and more is essential. Today I had the pleasure of shopping at Loving Stitches. This business has an exceptional fabric stock, a complete variety of tools, the variety of thread was above that of any store I have shopped in. The business provides long arm and embroidery. I noticed many quilting kits and patterns. If you are a quilter, I would definitely add this to my list of go to Quilting Supply Stores.
