Cute shop! Took my own item to be embroidered. It was super fast. They were kind and very helpful!

Brought stockings in to get monogrammed. The guy that helped me was super helpful and they did them so fast! They turned out beautifully, they are literally perfect. Thank you so much for helping me.

This place does custom monograms on items they sell in their store and items you bring in from elsewhere. They have monogrammed several items over the past few years for me and they usually do a great job. During this visit, they helped me with a design that I wanted to place on a Christmas gift. The employee did a great job helping me choose my colors and showed me what the design would look like. When the item was monogrammed, the tag on the item was partially folded over and sewn into the monogram. I had to cut the tag off of the item I was gifting because the tag no longer laid flat.

David and the Custom Caps team did a fantastic job monogramming the duffel bags we needed. I brought in 13 duffel bags, and within just two hours, they had them all beautifully completed. I wasn’t sure which thread color to choose, but David took the time to help me select the perfect thread and font combination. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend their work!

Excellent service! They were so many options to choose from, they did an excellent job at helping me find the design I wanted. I’m very satisfied and will be returning.

Customer service from employees & manager were 0/10. I sensed racist tension from everyone. I walked In, and was not greeted properly. Instead, I was mean mugged and asked 5 mins later “what do you need.” Were not friendly at all, the manager acted as if he was annoyed to help the employee who was helping me when asked a question.

Store is great, very professional. Came out perfect.

Although they couldn't assist me with printing a large photo (since they specialize in logos), the friendly staff went above and beyond by recommending a nearby store that could help. Such great service and genuinely helpful people!

So glad I found this place!! Was having trouble finding someone to fulfill my embroidery needs for my cosplay, but this shop absolutely came through for me. Owner was helpful and communicative with me when I reached out before coming in, and store staff was so nice and helpful as well! Got things done quick while I was shopping and the results are awesome :) This will definitely be a highlight of my finished costume! Well worth the price and the trip to the mall. Thank you guys!!
