Customer service from employees & manager were 0/10. I sensed racist tension from everyone. I walked In, and was not greeted properly. Instead, I was mean mugged and asked 5 mins later “what do you need.” Were not friendly at all, the manager acted as if he was annoyed to help the employee who was helping me when asked a question.

Although they couldn't assist me with printing a large photo (since they specialize in logos), the friendly staff went above and beyond by recommending a nearby store that could help. Such great service and genuinely helpful people!

So glad I found this place!! Was having trouble finding someone to fulfill my embroidery needs for my cosplay, but this shop absolutely came through for me. Owner was helpful and communicative with me when I reached out before coming in, and store staff was so nice and helpful as well! Got things done quick while I was shopping and the results are awesome :) This will definitely be a highlight of my finished costume! Well worth the price and the trip to the mall. Thank you guys!!
