The experience was terrible . I came looking to get a hat as a gift for someone. The employees were extremely rude , their attitudes were absolutely horrible . They acted like I was annoying them by asking a question about a hat embroidery. I saw an employee talking to a man who was looking for a job , I overheard the man tell the employee they have several felonies on their record . The employee said “oh, nobody is going to care if you got felonies, we hire everybody!” I’m going to be honest , that scared me a little . I don’t know the nature of that man’s crimes but that’s definitely not something to say out in front of God and the world . Wow ! This Lids in Four seasons needs major improvement

I purchased three hats from this location and was very disappointed with the quality. When I contacted the store for help, the store manager (Dymond) was dismissive and refused to offer any solution. When I asked to escalate the issue to a district manager, she declined and ended the call.

The stores BS rule about stickers have to be on hats to return or replace even though receipt available, and absolutely no sign of wear is ridiculous. This was my first and last time shopping at a store that obviously once they get your money, has devised a trivial way to keep it forgoing true customer service.

Well, I went to lids this morning. To get an Ohio State hat/either a T-shirt or jersey. The black female that works in there told me she never heard of the Ohio State . I informed her they won national championship last year. You work at a place that sell nothing but sports accessories and you do not know who the Ohio State is. ? She said no, and continuously had an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go Shopping in lids in the Greensboro mall if you see an African-American female in there, she doesn’t know anything sports related and get poor customer service and has a major.

MLB hat selection is unmatched. 27 out of 30 teams in authentic fitted style were available. Three rows of low profile MLB 59fifty available. Easily the best inventory I've seen between here, Raleigh, Charlotte
