The store features outstanding customer service. My relationship began with securing my Wish Items.You encounter Mac and his wonderful staff. They display a genuine feeling of welcome. You enter uncertain of the place but exit with a feeling of what a unique spot filled with a selection of items not seen on TV but you wanna take home. My first item was a drone and under 50.00. There are adult vapes available and candy too. If you need gas great it is right next door too. FILLER up at The Alley ...Mac's place. YOUR WISH is in there .

I absolutely love this place very covenant and very nice people the little guys is my buddy he always remembers who I am. So far I have only picked up some wish items but I am looking into doing some shirts now.

If i could leave zero stars, i would. They are a pick up spot for wish orders. I've been to their location 3 times during their posted hours to pick up my order and they haven't been open. When i tried to reach out to them, they've now changed their hours twice online and blamed Google for not having updated the hours and blamed everyone except owning that they are very poor business owners with zero regard to people's time.

My experience with the alley was they had great customer service, they got back with me to let me know about my order, and their Custom Design shop is amazing. They took my artwork and made a decal for my car and they also made a custom sweatsuit to match. They are a One Stop Shop and I didn't even tell you about the discount store part amazing prices on so much stuff from household items and candles that smell amazing all the way to a custom made car tag that they also made for my vehicle.

Got shirts and hoodies and decals done here. All done with care and professional courtesy. I have also bought great smelling candles from here and snacks while I waited. I recommend this business for any of your print/ embroidery and everyday needs.
