The owner was present and happy to answer new machine questions! The assistant was fabulous! She helped finding specific fabric designs and gave me lots of hints for stitching projects!

My Bernina was having an issue with the display. I called and spoke with James and he gave me great guidance. It needed to come in for repair. We live near Washington DC and he was so kind to accommodate my son’s travel schedule and was able to fix it while he waited. Wonderful service and expertise. If your Bernina needs servicing I highly recommend!!! I think they do other sewing machines as well.

Didn’t need anything when I stopped but found some super cute Halloween fabric and some other fabrics. The staff was helpful about making robe bowls including locally dyed rope. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Efficient cutting and check out process.

As a guy that doesn't really know a lot about fabric, this place help me tremendously. I can't recall the nice woman's name that helped me. I was looking for a certain fabric for some art installations that I build. She was so patient and helpful, even going into the different types of fabric and how they stretch. Wonderful experience. When I need fabric, I'm going there. Side note: they repair sewing machines. A lady came in to pick hers up after only 2 hours of it being dropped off. I bought a nice pair of fabric scissors and was informed that they will sharpen scissors for $3!!! Who does anything for $3?
