She provided real expertise in design and layout, and offered thoughtful suggestions that added value well beyond the embroidery itself. The stitching came out clean and precise, the colors were exactly what I wanted, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Great quality work from a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

The pricing was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The shop itself has a unique, vintage, family-run feel that makes it stand out from typical print shops—it’s just a really cool place to walk into. Courtney, in particular, was fantastic. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about design and embroidery and helped guide me through the process with ease. She also pointed out smart ways to minimize costs in the design and production process, which I really appreciated. Even better, the turnaround time was impressively quick. What went well? Courtney at Madison Print Shoppe is excellent! When I ordered custom embroidery on Etsy a month before Christmas, Etsy cancelled my order at the last minute. Courtney saved Christmas and all my personalized gifts suddenly became possible again thanks to her. She worked with me on a custom logo and even helped pick out the exact thread colors. This is not just a run of the mill monogram place. This is real equipment, people that care and help make your vision possible. Thank you so much! Used them for the past few years. Always been good and fair. Just recently had 4 beanies embroidered with my logo. I bought the beanies, so only the embroidery was necessary. Cost me $128.00 (which was not disclosed) to have my logo put on 4. Pretty excessive if you ask me… Won’t be using again.

Fantastic shop for custom t-shirt printing. They're flexible and able to work with you on your design. As someone with limited graphic experience, they worked with me step by step and let me know when they didn't think a design would print clearly. They helped me with the set up and made the final product look fantastic!!
