Tried to get work shirts embroidered with the company logo. Emailed, never heard back. Used the website's quote request, never heard back. Called and was told they would call once the embroidery person saw the quote request, never heard back. The business went to someone else. Update: Company reached out and made an effort to rectify the situation. If I had not alrrady found another place, I would have worked with them. I appreciate the attempt to make things right.

The process was easy they made a shirt for my husband because his coaching stuff hadn't came in yet. He went to pick it up a few days later and when he came home and showed it to me it was clear that the patch was crooked and not just a little but enough that you can tell. We took it back by there the guy had him put it back on and he said it wasn't crooked. WHEN IT IS. Also that there is nothing he could do. So we paid $37 for a shirt that the logo is crooked on. Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE. I do not recommend for custom shirts!
