It's a very nice sewing machine shop. And the staff are quite friendly and helpful. And the machines in there. Are to die for, perhaps someday I will have one too ..

Seriously the most helpful bunch of people. Came in with a serger (not their brand) wirh a stripped screw and they helped me get it off and gave me a new screw. While I waited for the techs to help me put Connie offered some great advice for the machine. Absolutely come in and see what these people can do for you!!!

Very helpful with issues I was having with my Janome machine! I was given a number of practical tips while my machine was looked over and put back in working order. Very knowledgable about different machines and products. Incredible customer service! So appreciate the timely attention and education!!

They were able to fix my singer while I waited— even after I thought I could fix it myself, took it apart and broke the light 😅 THANK YOUNFOR ALL THE HELP! And staff was great!
