Good price for servicing my machine, they got it done before expected. Were quickly responsive to several questions via email. All staff have been very helpful and kind. Each time I've gone in it's been bustling!

My sewing go-to! Even picked up a great machine here. They are the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable folks ever. Great fabric selection. And I learned today what Motion quilting is.

If you ever need help or encouragement regarding your sewing, this is a great spot to go to. It’s just off the main street in downtown Lake Oswego. It is unpretentious and the staff are always amazing. I just had my third visit to the store and I brought my sewing machine in because I was struggling to make it work. Lo and behold all I had done was not threaded properly. The gentleman assisted me in getting it threaded correctly and was very encouraging. No shaming here. And no charge. Which seems unbelievable. Anyway thank you like Oswego Montavilla sewing center!

Montavilla carries the brands I prefer and all of the accessories that go with them. They have a good service department . I especially like the displays showing the capabilities of the machines and the large number of classes available to inspire use of the machines. I shop there often. The fabric selection at the Lake Oswego store is the best in the area.. very good quality.
