I used Kaleidoscope Design/Thred Art for an upcoming family gift and needed 11 items embroidered. Some of my family members have unique names and I thought this would be perfect. I chose the color, font style and we decided on size. The quality, price, colors and efficiency was amazing. Julie was very kind and had everything done in a week. I highly recommend this company for any project big or small.

Julie is a professional. I have been working with her for years and can't believe the bad reviews posted. She is never too busy to work with her clients. (Some people can't be happy no matter what hoops you jump through for them!)Sharing a brain is what we call it. From small orders to orders bigger than you can imagine, Kaleidoscope Design can handle it. Nothing but great results here. Client since 2000 and would never go anywhere else.

Our first order with Julie was a small run with a tight deadline and some pretty intricate stitching. Julie prepared proofs, made adjustments and delivered a great looking final product ... even working the weekend to get it done. Commitment and attention to detail like this is hard to find. We had a really good experience with Kaleidoscope Design. We received our items when we were told they'd be ready. Even when Julie couldn't find a specific font, she matched as closely as possible - and it looks great! We are very pleased with her merchandise and her craft.
