My grandma only trusted Montavilla and I have grown to also. I have had nothing but excellent service and even though Ive moved from the area, they continue to go above and beyond. I bought my machine from the Gresham location in 2013 and when I needed a couple feet for it they were quick to identify the pieces and get them shipped out the same day!

Where do I start with this fantastic customer service experience?? I reached out by email since I was interested in a Koala cabinet and cutting table but I wanted to see it in person. I emailed the Portland location to see if they had any on the floor and was directed to Gresham. Response was next day. Aletha also took the time to find out what my needs are and how I wanted to use the tables. We both agreed on the Koala cutting table and Quilters Vision cabinet would be best for my needs. I was told 4-6 weeks and took less than 2. ALSO, they were so great and communicative with my pickup team. All in all, AMAZING communication and customer service and they've gained a new customer. Thank you to the team! I'm so excited.

I have purchased two machines from Montavilla Portland and am so pleased. The classes to teach me how to use my machine were vey in-depth and educational. And when I bought a used longarm, they stood beside me the whole way and helped me beyond anything I could have hoped for. Haley and Blaine were simply the best. Very blessed and well taken care of.

I highly recommend them. They went out of the way to service my machine much faster than I expected. Blaine did a great job fixing my machine. I had it at another shop twice and they did not fix the problem so I drove over 4 hours to bring it to Montavilla. It was worth the drive.

I can’t recommend them more! I came in to itch hopes and dreams and they accommodated those ambitions, even when I brought the machine(s) back because it wasn’t what I was looking for! They were patient, kind, and understanding. I ended up with EXACTLY what I WAS LOOKING FOR! I have purchased all my machines though them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!
