I’ve been to this center 5-6 times with various machine problems. They are honest and have fixed my machine problems in a timely manner. When one of my machines wasn’t worth fixing, they were honest about it costing more than it was worth. All of the workers I’ve dealt with were super nice too!

I had such a wonderful experience at this store. Pierce was so knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. I came in as a complete novice and he even showed me how to thread my new machine and how to get started. If you are thinking about getting into sewing this is definitely the place to start. The people who work here have a huge passion for sewing and embroidery and I am so happy I went here instead of a big box store.

Just purchased a new sewing machine, serger and an electric fabric cutter. Paul and Sandy were a pleasure to do business with. Sandy was patient, answering all of my questions and is so knowledgeable about the machines. Paul gave me a great deal on the purchases. It was a very positive experience, and I’m happy with my new machines. Thank you.

I can’t say enough about this place. I purchased my XJI from here and it was the best decision I could have made. They have absolutely everything you could need, and are SO informative and friendly. Pierce and Jeff are true gurus that can solve anything. When I was first shopping for a machine Pierce stayed pretty late showing me absolutely everything about these machines, without the guarantee of a sale. This place is not “money driven” (i.e. no sales sharks or shoving of anything down your throat), and as a repeat customer I truly appreciate them for that. Anytime I have an issue (an operator issue, not the machines fault), I know I have a place to go that will have answers and solutions. No knock off products either. I will always come here first instead of box stores. Thank you Pierce and Jeff!!!
