I visited for the first time on a Tuesday morning. I really enjoyed browsing and found a few things to take home. The store is beautifully laid out. So many different things to decorate your home. There are seasonal items, pillows, candles, artwork, etc. Upstairs is lots and lots of fabric. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have some fall items on the front porch that were 50% off.

I ordered online, but first called them with a question. They're extremely friendly and service oriented. I placed my order on Monday. Tuesday was July 4th. My fabric was in my mailbox on Friday. Excellent!

I visit Lancaster once a year and never miss an opportunity to go to Lancaster Home and Fabrics. I also order from them on the web. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The prices are great. Always so much to see there.

My husband and I were in the store for three minutes, and the sales girl passed us three times! She seemed to think that two respectable senior citizens were going to rob the store blind! We did not appreciate being treated like common criminals, so we left. Not a good way to do business!
