We got referred to Graph-itti and I was so surprised by the quick online response. Then after perfecting the design we wanted, they gave us an estimated week but possibly sooner. They were ready the next day!!! Look great! Our employees will represent our company well! I use graph-itti to handle all of my screen printing. Traeger and Mary are fantastic to work with and have always met my deadline, even if it has been tight. Mary, who handles the artwork, has caught a couple of small errors for me on orders which have saved my behind... They have definitely earned a customer for life.

Though they’re very speedy on returns and getting back to you quickly, they’ve made a mistake not once, but twice on our order. The first time there was multiple mistakes including wrong size and the second time most of the corrections were fixed, but they still messed up the sizing. Good business and manners, but will not use again due to not getting our order correct.

Graph-Itti took care of everything. I needed 35 custom cups; I needed help with the print design on the cups, and I need the cups shipped to Illinois - all of this in 14 days. They’re graphic designer took my ordinary idea and made it POP! Everything arrived looking fabulous and right on time. Very professional and well run, the customer is the priority.
