Slim fabric selection, the lady did not cut straight. When I first got there, the only one around was the dog (it's small) and it growled at me. It did seem they had quite a few machines, so perhaps that is their focus. Will not go back.

Bought my first Bernina machine from here and chose this location when I decided to upgrade model based on the quality of service and support at this location. Classes are great- hands on knowledge help build skills with practical application. Love that they ate regularly scheduled to do its easy to plan to attend. Nice supply of quality fabric you can’t get at the bigger chains. Definitely recommend.

I lived out of state, was moving to Chattanooga and was interested in Bernina. RJ could not have been more welcoming, making me feel like an established and valued customer even though we hadn't met and were just talking on the phone. I create a very specialized and unique type of embroidery and while I looked at other stores and brands of machines, RJ was interested and supportive in what I create. Something I did not experience with these other stores and brands. Four years later and occasionally pestering RJ about Bernina machines, I called him to ask about another brand of machine. He let me know he had a few, previously owned, 880 Plus machines. Complete, serviced and ready for new homes. The prices were right where I wanted to be. I went into the store and after a demonstration, I was sold. The 880 Plus is a magnificent machine. I thought my prior machine did a great job on embroidery, but this is another level.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Thank you for helping me with the ancient Elna and for keeping my Bernina 350 in great seeing shape. Recommend these guys for all your sewing machine repair needs.

Cool sewing store, that also has a vinyl store within it “the vinyl turtle”. While I’m a sewing novice they had a wonderful selection of machines, fabrics and more. Wish I lived closer to be able to take a class. Everyone was very nice.
