Looking for a place in West Knoxville to get a newborn baby onesie embroidered. I called and asked if they were open to the public (meaning they would do only one item for me), they said yes. When I showed up they said I could pick the font color but that they “didn’t have font choices for me to pick from” HUHHH?? She suggested I used a computer program to select my font and “present it to them—then they could make a mock up for me”. She also said this would take 2+ weeks. Then she suggested I go to another monogram business located in Knoxville. Very odd way to not get business….
