We bought a Pfaff sewing machine from Jackie and Steve and they were super helpful with assisting me with picking out the best machine. Very nice people, lots of experience and easy to work with. Then I took some quilting classes with Alison and thoroughly enjoyed that! Awesome family to work with and I highly recommend them and their store for all your sewing needs. Lots of classes you can take, great selection of fabric and precuts and they'll also quilt for you if you want them too. Sincerely, Ann Hicks

Took 13 year old HQ sweet 16 sit down for timing repair on 11/12/25. I called 12/13,12/17,and 12/30 to check on repair. Steve said entire needle shaft required replacing, was waiting on cost from HQ, estimated repair would be over $1000. He encouraged me to purchase new machine to prevent facing future costly repairs. On 1/6, I returned to the store. Steve said he did speak to HQ, the repair would be over $1000 and proceeded to show me new machines. After further questioning him, He said a screw within the needle mechanism was most likely stripped and the entire piece required replacing. On 1/6, I decided not to get the repair and picked up my machine. I called HQ tech department in Utah. The tech said she never heard of a screw being stripped within the mechanism. She then proceeded to walk me through a manual test to assess if the needle shaft needed replacing. My machine passed the test. I was also told my machine could last at least 30 years with proper maintenance. I took my machine to Beckie’s Sewing Machine in Tazewell TN. Charles cleaned and lubricated my machine and now my machine runs perfectly. I am thankful there are still honest people.

Customer service is great! I went in for repairs but it was really bad and due to being in the middle of a quilt I could not be with out a sowing machine long. they found a another one that fit me and sat down with me and took time showing me the things my other one could not do. When you buy one from them you get classes and unlimited help you also get a upgrade trade and the parts I wanted extra they ordered and shipped to my house. I was invited to there Christmas party they throw for there customers. They go above and beyond for there customers. They had good quality fabrics and even pre cuts. It felt like I was family from the time I walked in the door. Im looking forward to the classes alone are worth the money 💰. This is a forever perches and relationship. I got the PFAFF 1,500. WITH A TABLE AND EXTRA FEET! I was able to get the very best table due to the good price for the sowing machine. I am looking forward to all the new things it can do. But I am mostly looking forward to all the new friendships I will get due to a broken sowing machine God always turns it for his Glory

Went in for a sewing machine problem, got it fixed a day later when Steve was in , and left with a yearning to start quilting . The lady showed me all the tricks you could do on a sewing machineand answered the questions I had as a beginner sewer. Love this place! These pics are not my work, they're on display or being worked on by others and I thought looked amazing.
