I recently visited Lids purchase a cap, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff treated me rudely and the customer service was very poor. This experience was quite frustrating and did not meet my expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service in the future.

Me and my fiance were walking around looking for hats to purchase and we first went to Dick's which I loved their selections and styles , but the prices were³ way too expensive for our budget. So we went to Lids and I'm so so glad we did, we got 2 hats they were BOGO 50% off and that was a Super Duper Deal I love it .. Absolutely give it 👍🏽👍🏽 💯
