Logos Etc

Absolutely wonderful service. We came in with a sweatshirt that was embroidered with the wrong name by someone on Etsy. We didn't have time to send it back because it was needed by Mother's Day. The lady here [I'm so sorry I never got her name!] took the shirt, researched to get the closest matching font and figured out how to carefully insert the corrected name among many others on the shirt. She somehow made it look perfect and she did all this while I waited. (I forgot to mention she dropped what she was doing when I walked in the door.) Thank you so much Logos, Etc. You are the definition of old-time, above and beyond customer service!

This company keeps letting me down time after time. The owner is rude and has bad business practices. They ruined garments for a client and did nothing to replace them, I paid to have them replaced rushed them in, and Logos Etc just drew out the order with no remorse for the client and their employees who were expecting their Christmas gifts. Then on a totally different order, they call me on the day my order is due to be picked up to tell me of all the new charges they will be charging us. I complained and told them this is bad business practice to call someone on the day their order is due and sprint up new fees - When You have a clients order for 14 days you had plenty of time to tell us before the due date. They inform me that on the next order these new prices will take effect - but then the owner Steve still charges us the new add on fees. These are repeat orders - I've paid the same price in the past but on this order the day they are due for pick up they double the price. And that brings up the fact that they do your order on the day their due. So really you need to add an extra day. They seem nice and willing at first but they're not. Ive attched pictures for you to see and judge yourself. No more taking order to Logo's Etc. For me its not the price its the concept of it all. Rude business practice.

The customer service there is awesome. Ive been personally working with Steve and he is so prompt and honest and has great talent. I cant wait for my products to come in and ill update with pictures. Of all the places i went through hes the only one who designed exactly what i wanted without charging me and I now am ordering shirts and hats.

They have always delivered an extremely fine product in a reasonable amount of time. We have used them to design and embroider over 100 different articles now. No loose stitches, no awkward angles, no late delivery.

Ordered $800 worth of printed t-shirts. One wash/dry and the shirts shrink an entire size. When I called about it, they said that is normal. Well if that is normal, then that should be communicated before ordering. I would have picked a different shirt or found a different vendor. They offered to print a few more for the ones folks could not wear, but that does not solve the problem that I ordered based on sizes needed before shrinking. Will find another company to work with.
