I walked in not really knowing how the whole process works. But the staff was great at helping me. And they were very sweet as well. And I was shocked they got the design from a photo on my phone. And I was truly impressed with the pricing. And you get previews of your items before they are made so you can approve them. Great experience. I love it when I can support a small business too.

Fantastic place!! I’ve had over 40 items monogrammed and all but one was perfect! I was guided as to which color combinations would be best for the items I brought in. The one item that was nearly perfect was refunded and two free monograms to make up for cost of item. They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful.

These guys exceed expectations every time. I have had them do 3 projects for me and all turned out unbelievably good! Stop Looking and Researching embroidery. THIS IS WHO YOU WANT!

I can't rave enough on this little shop! The first time I walked in I spoke with a lady who was a pure gem. She was genuinely warm & welcoming, answered all my questions & a week later when I went back into the store to make my purchase, she remembered me & the same hospitality was yet again given. My item was available for pick up sooner than I anticipated, & it looks Fantastic!! The shop is clean, well stocked, & adorable. The staff are all super friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I honestly am so happy to know there are still companies out there that take such great care of their customers.
