Best Little Quilt House & Retreat Center in Texas

I originally purchased my machine from another dealer in the area and even paid that dealer to move it when I relocated. Unfortunately, after the move, my machine was not set up correctly and was basically unusable for several reasons. Chuck with Best Little Quilt House was amazing! He came out, fixed all the issues from the previous move, serviced the machine, and truly went above and beyond. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding. I will absolutely be using Best Little Quilt House for ALL of my longarm needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

Pam and Chuck are awesome! We called them for help when I needle broke and the machine was not running correctly. They came out same day and got us back up and running! Absolutely the best Handiquilter service tech!! It is stressful moving a longarm and mine was damaged in a move. Since I am new to Texas I didn't know where to turn for help and repairs. I am incredibly lucky to have found Chuck and The Best Little Quilt House in Texas!! He is knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to work with. I needed an experienced tech for the repair that my machine required and he was definitely the one to do it. And, I didn't need to wait months or even weeks. I drove nearly 5 hours each way to get to his shop and it was totally worth the drive. I can't recommend BLQH enough!
