I came here for the second time and they helped me create a design that is just too good. They have really good customer service and communication. I reached out on very short notice needing my graduation stole completed before my graduation day, and they made it happen with such care and efficiency. I’m not a really picky person I went with them cuase I heard a lot of good things about there store I was looking to place a big order but I wanted to get some samples done first and good thing I did I ask for solid white embroidery on a couple hats and the turn around was pretty fast so I felt good they told me they were ready I went to pick them up and I could notice alote of imperfections from far away wich is not what I wanted I was really hoping for the best the first thing wrong was the color of the stitch it was silver and not white they did admit they use the wrong color the second thing is the embroidery was really really sloppy a lot of gaps and holes and lines where really crooked and they told me it was the hat material wich I knew it wasn’t that it felt like they rushed my order since it was only a couple hats but I really wanted this to work out so I can place a huge order for my own business and the company I work for but unfortunately imma have to fulfill that order some where else it’s unfortunate cuase I really wanted it to work out I would of gave it 1 star but they were really friendly and kind it’s unfortunate the work didn’t live up to there standards

I went in with a baby blanket and an idea. The ladies saw the blanket and the logo I wanted to add to it and did AMAZING!! The family is from Georgia and their little girl was born in the border land so I figured a Mexican blanket would not only reflect my hispanic heritage, but the wonderful city what is now baby’s’ birthplace! Thank you again for the love that was put into the work and the quickness you were able to get it done.

We ordered these jackets for our managers at Desert Commons West and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The quality of the jacket and embroidery is everything we were looking and definitely exceeded our expectations. Shout out to Ale for taking care of us and making the process as smooth as possible.
