I called to inquire about a last-minute order for an upcoming event, fully aware that my request might be outside the scope of their typical services. I introduced myself politely and asked about their minimum order quantity, specifically whether it would be possible to have a single shirt printed. Unfortunately, the representative disconnected the call mid-conversation. When I called back, the same individual answered and confirmed that single-shirt orders are not offered. While I understand and respect business limitations, the abrupt handling of the initial call was disappointing and unprofessional.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jerry and his crew at Heirloom Customs! I'm an active duty Marine with the local recruiting office and Jerry helped us out immensely! Not only did he help us find the right shirt style for us, but he did a very small run for our small office...and he knocked it out in two days! Thanks again guys, we get lots of complements on our shirts, they've lasted with the constant wash and wear we put them through!
