Sew Little Time - Bernina

There is no other place nor will there ever be a better Bernina and Bernette shop like Sew Little Time. When it comes to the love of sewing machines and all that matters, Reggie 100% understands. He is an honest, honorable, wise man that can fix any sewing machine. Moreover, the integrity is through out his shop; every person he hires is skilled and noteworthy in the field of sewing, sewing machines, customer service, and more.

This is by far the WORST repair service ever. Cocky arrogant and incompetent service tech who yelled at my wife who has 30 years experience sewing when she told him that his repair and service was substandard for her job. The bottom thread is NOT supposed to pull the top thread ALL THE WAY THROUGH! What a waste of $150.

I had a wonderful experience here thanks in part to Tricia. She is super sweet and knowledgeable. While I’m still a beginner and not quite ready to level up to a Bernina, I know exactly where to go when I decide to.

This shop is incredible! These amazing women helped my out-of-state mom surprise me with my very first Bernina today, and I truly can’t say enough words about how wonderful the experience was. My new machine was perfectly wrapped with a great big bow, and I essentially cried tears of joy the whole drive home 🤣♥️♥️ Thank you so much!!

The staff at Sew Little Time BERNINA goes above and beyond for their customers! I needed a product and when I was unable to get to the shop at the last minute they helped me out by getting it in the mail right away. Thank you ladies!
