Just spoke with them on the phone about a unique 1-off embroidery request. He let me know that their service doesn't do that type, and recommended me some other options in the area. Stand up class customer service, and they were the first I called. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help. :) thank you.

I just had the BEST experience at Blink Threads. Both the customer service, and finished product were unmatched. From the moment I walked in the door they were helpful, patient, and professional. I received helpful advice and direction with my design ideas, and they put so much effort into making sure I was getting what I wanted. My hats and sweatshirts, and bags I ordered all turned out PERFECT! Huge thank you to their team!

Blink threads were so easy to work with! We made our own picture and they were able to recreate it beautifully. They gave us a quote before starting and ended up being cheaper and faster than anywhere else we looked! So glad we used them!
