It's addictive!! So many beautiful fabrics to see! This is a fun, comfortable atmosphere to spend an aftn with a great, friendly staff.

I recently purchased the Babylock Chorus from the Bristol va store and couldn't be more pleased. Judy, Barbara and Kimberly are wonderful the work with. I was very nervous but excited and they were sooo very patient with me. They know what customer service is all about. I highly recommend this store and I'm so excited I can shop with them. Judy did not high pressure sell me. She used good old fashion common sense and logic in talking me through my purchase. She was absolutely right because I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you my Sew Easy store for all your help!!

I have to say, Kimberly, the owner, was extremely accommodating. I was looking for a BabyLock Jubilant sewing machine and Kimberly had one at her store. I am from Mississippi and I was coming through Bristol on a Sunday to go to a wedding. I bought the machine ahead of time and Kimberly went out of her way to meet me at an exit on Hwy 81 to deliver the machine to me. It is so nice to find such a kindness in a crazy, chaotic world where people are afraid of their own COVID shadows! I look forward to sewing with my new machine! Thank you, Kimberly! Two sweet ladies helped me select a group of fabrics. Small and bright and airy quilt shop. They like to mix batiks with other fabrics into like colors.

Such a friendly, fun place. I was the first person buying fabric on the day I visited and was pleasantly surprised to get 40% off for that reason! Fabrics are high quality and include the popular Lori Holt lines. Judy told me about upcoming classes and made me feel so welcome. When visiting BRISTOL, stop by and see the ladies at Sew Easy.
